Joined wipro in feb 2022, b3 band, my managers have openly praised my work many times. Any hopes for promotion for september 2023?or no chance at all given that i have seen posts that it takes year to get promoted from b3 to c1

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. I’ve run into an issue a couple of times where the client doubts my advice because I am only 2 years in. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I address the fact that I’m only 2 years in?

Today I have officially made the decision to stop taking any and all cases that involve children. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted!! I just had to share with other professionals that understand. Yes, this will be a financial blow, but I’m fine with it.

I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges. Upon communicating the same to my manager she says you should do what you are told to do, now she degrades me in team meetings.I am still on probation and planning to quit and run.But I am unsure if this will have bad consequences on my career.
