Just completed my interview and they offered me the role but moved it from an L6 to L5. What salary band could I expect for L5 marketing in Bellevue? Also, do you really only offer 10 days of PTO?? I feel like that is wild for 2024. Is there any room for negotiation on this? Assuming no… I already have vacations planned abroad for 2025 and 10 days is not going to work.

Any insight on Marketing Manager salaries at Amazon?? I was quoted around 140 which I feel is rather low as I’ve interviewed for a senior role before (didn’t get it) and was quoted in the 200s.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?
