Just finished a second interview for an SEO role and the very first question was related to /LCP/CLS????

I mean, while technical SEO is vital for an effective overrall strategy, the job description clearly states that it’s an on-page/off-page task.

I believe most SEO’s strength lie in on-page and off-page strategies and we usually find and recommend core web vital fixes for developers.

😒 Today’s first half of the interview questions totally caught me off guard.

Do you feel that in SEO there are too many ways of conducting the same tasks. I have had a string of managers within the past year, it’s starting to get very annoying as each person says method A is wrong and B is right, another manager would have the complete opposite view.
