Leadership principles
In practice how easy would you say it is to pick up on which leadership principle they are actually asking about?
You’ll have 6 45 mins interviews and all of them will consist of questions around the 14 leadership principles and how you applied those principles in your previous roles. I’d suggest going through your resume and picking 4/5 roles that you think have created the most impact and start aligning them to the leadership principles. You can find a bunch of questions online. Since you’re applying for a TPM/PMT role, I suggest brushing up on basic architecture principles as well.
Anything in particular that comes to mind? I’m googling the basics but not gunna lie a lot of this seems outside of anything I know about and I’ve been doing tech implementations and digital strategy for 8 years. But then again my background isn’t comp sci so maybe that’s why it all seems so foreign

OP how did you apply? Did you go through a referral?
I have a similar background but struggling to even get a first round 😔
Ah I see. Yeah I need to rethink my strategy, I was hoping to get something even without referrals but it’s been crickets. Good luck with the interview, let us know how it goes!
