Hi Friends, any news for ITA (C2) promotion?
Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.
So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

Decent to great performers likely got a 15-35% raise
Can confirm
Most of my peers (admittedly more on the high performing side) got 20-40% in business consulting. I got 38% with a rating of “significantly above peers” so I can’t complain
EY 4 are you in PI or Risk?
No, actually raises were underwhelming for the majority.
I am senior and I got 88k in tech consulting. Raises were sub par to say the least.
in NYC? Is that the TTT group or something else?
Your raise is going to depend on a) your rating and b) your current salary within the band. If you are highly rated and on the low/mid end of your band, you are likely to get a higher raise than someone who is highly rated and already at the top end of the band of your rank. For reference, SM raises where 6-15% from what I've heard. Also, keep in mind that PwC used to give huge raises (15-20% in the NY office for tax) a few years ago when things were booming. So many factors go into it - I wouldn't change firms simply because of raises for 1 year because if you come in high to EY, you'll be disappointed at your yr to yr raises.
Good Point!
You heard wrong
Raises were good for staffs and most other ranks were shafted by EY
Yes this is tax. No one in my office at my rank (senior 1-senior 2) was satisfied with the raise considering how we missed out the big promotional raise last year.
$170-200K
I need to change firms.
PwC as well
Meeting expectations was generally high single digits to low double digits . Above and significantly exceed we're all double digits and promotion year generally well into the 20s. Pretty darn good overall .
