I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. What is the trick to developing a new habit? I had to change up my nighttime routine back in may and I still hate it/have to force myself to do all the steps so I don't deal with the negative results for a week.

I have six years military experience and he is still in the military. Collectively we have passed the hardest schools in the military and both love fitness and have experience building programs and are both certified personal trainers.
