Our Philadelphia-area boutique firm whose practice works exclusively with nonprofits and charities is hiring due to growth. Tax is the basis of Exempt Org work. That is why I am posting here. Great practice working to further charitable missions of our clients. Good WLB (1300 hour billable requirement). Opportunity for the right person to work remotely. Hey sharks
I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Run. USAA is not what it use to be.
I was at USAA 3 years. I’ll never get those back. Very stressful environment- all managers care are about is your metrics - If you make it - they want you to do better, do better, that’s your new metrics - do worse get harassed and “coached” till you do better, then put you on final written warnings till you get better or quit - hopefully before you have a full blown anxiety attack, or heart failure. They DGAF about their employees - your just a number to them.
The benefits are not what they used to be.
It really depends on your manager.
Usaa is a great company to work for. Amazing health insurance and upward mobility or eventually switch careers if that is something you’re interested in.
I personally know one person who has worked in claims for over 10 years and loves it. Great benefits, Incentive programs, and PTO.
I do know they are a little strict with breaks and time clock but the offices have amazing amenities
Well if it's the role my buddy was in which was to go over insurance coverage for homes and vehicles at the rate I just stated he said it was straight garbage
I have an interview with a USAA recruiter tomorrow for insurance and my friend says the same thing that management is horrible and run as fast as you can. I really need a new job ASAP but don't want to be miserable so I'm torn.
The bank isnt as bad, but high turnover in insurance.
Is this the entry-level position that gives no incentive for sales? Where base is 20 or 21 an hour
This was my thought too, personally I'd avoid USAA but just depends on what you're into I guess
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and work-lide balance are great. She also said the benefits are good. She seems to be really happy there and has been for quite some time.
