Is it wise to transfer Amex points to Hilton? Currently they are offering 1000 Amex points = 2200 Hilton Honors points

Currently have CSR and thinking about downgrading to one of the Freedom cards. I currently have 150k in points. How would that effect it if I were to downgrade to a Freedom card?

Have offer from Amex India and want to know if the TC is good. Because, HR said it's the max for Band 30 , you can take it or leave it.

I'm sad. I just got an email rejection for a clerkship I really wanted. I have been applying for almost 3 months and nothing has panned out. A good amount of interviews (some good/some bad), 2nd interviews, and even a flight to the other side of the country for an interview. I dont come from a known law school but I graduated with honors, did moot, worked at a firm, and just finished another clerkship. I can't help but feel discouraged.

I am a field marketer. I travel and cover 12 states. HQ is across the US on the east coast. My manager put a surprise calendar invite twice now to go to home office without consulting dates to see if we were available. I stood up and asked to be included on available dates and said I will attend virtually but asking me to be away for 4 additional full days away from my family without asking me is not OK. Hello! Do you guys have any decent recos for taking a cut from referrals? I’ve operated by the karma system for a decade but now wondering if it makes sense to take a cut if I’m sourcing the talent.
