Anyone have any problems with scams on Upwork?
Accenture Hello, I need some assistance from anyone here working in Accenture. I had worked in 2019. However I had to leave the firm due to medical issues before my probationary period. There was Full and final settlement to be done to the firm to receive my Relieving letter. Due to certain medical reasons I had not done the final settlement during my exit period. Whether it's possible to make the settlement now & receive relieving letter. This is very much needed for me, please can anyone help
Especially for companies doing heavy hiring!

(OP cont...) Cash comp isn't a significant raise, and assuming no (or small) raises over next 4-5 years, I would be behind where I would be at D. Obviously large amount hinges on equity and growth of the company.
Wondering what are the pros and cons I should be weighing when moving from consulting to industry? I like my job, don't mind the travel too much. I actually love Fridays - working from home and completing work early afternoon.
Anyone move to industry and miss the consulting lifestyle?
What city are you in. $200K goes a LONG way depending on your lifestyle. For me, that’s plenty of cash. You can also exit to other companies if your pay isn’t keeping up with your value. You might leave equity on the table, but if you’re so concerned with salary, you can do that.
I'd say 3rd-tier city. Not NYC, SF, LA, ATL, CHI, etc.
You make valid points - thank you!
My take - if you're not taking a pay cut for better WLB/limited travel and potential long term upside, take it. Leave on good terms though.
So this is a reason that I hesitate to move to industry. I have had a couple of offers with similar pay, but I love being home on Fridays. Also have no issues with the travel. I’m sure when I have kids I will feel differently, but for now I am generally happy.
Sounds like a good deal to me. If the company continues to grow you’ll be filthy rich
Can I have it if you won’t take it. I have the exact same background as you :)
