Note: I would be sure to negotiate salary to match experience, and also ensure you’ll be positioned to grow professionally (ie timely promotions/leadership experience). Thus, no matter the title, the work is of value to you, and you are considered valuable to the firm. If all aligns, explore the opportunity! Sounds like it could be mutually beneficial.

Probably not, at least if that's the only data point. 1-2 is the minimum for consideration. The average of candidates or hires is probably higher.
