Just a fair warning BCG is not like Deloitte, I’m all for getting that bread..but it takes a minute to adjust to BCG expectations to make sure you’re set up for success. Promotions happen automatically there so you don’t really have to waste brain space playing the politics game or anything like that, but in your position I would protect my downside and relish the extra tenure
Coach
I did this took the extra tenure it’s worth it imo
You’d come in as an Associate, experienced if you can swing it that way.
Base and bonus comp at A/C level is pretty set but you can probably negotiate a bigger sign-on and/or relocation bonus.
I would shoot for Senior Associate (12-18mo to C) but still take Associate (24mo to C) if you get it.
They will make an offer based on your experience / interview performance. You can negotiate after getting the offer
Sorry not answering your qu, but curious how long did the process take for you at BCG?
