KPMG'ers anybody else get shafted on comp this year?

For context, I have been at my current organization for 4 years and have grown my teams annual revenue from 1,000,000 to over 4,000,000 primarily through improving the culture, processes, and quality

Joining IBM in December. under 30% tax-slab.
How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
at least for the 4 months of this FY I need full sal. in hand.
How to proceed. I wish my JB comes without tax deduction.

Is a 110k salary fair for UX Designer in a f-500 organization with the following responsibilities:

Wear many hats in UX, for 7 separate digital products
Flows/Logical solutions for the business
Manage entire design system for the 7 products
Do UI design for the 7 products
Provide spec work for dev teams for each product
Random graphic design requests
Lead a team of 3 designers
Do manager role to organize the work under agile design sprints with Jira boards (daily scrum, refinement, grooming)

I have three offers
1. Jio -9.5 lpa fixed + 1lpa vp + 1lpa jb
2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp
3. Unified Cloud -11.5fixed

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
My LWD is Aug end.
May I know if I can negotiate with jio for counter offer ?

Hey fishes, recently got an offer of 245k plus a bonus, but no specificity and at least 3% cost of living annual raise. My current job I make 150k plus a 20% bonus and an annual cost of living raise anywhere from 2-3.5%. Have been in my current position about a year. Things have been a bit bumpy (not a me issue) I have a new supervisor and was recently given 7 direct reports (I had zero before). The new position while comes with a significant raise is a move to California. Any thoughts?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
