Last year I got exceed all expectations rating.
This year my manager gave , rating as partially met expectations saying you are not good in communication and not managing team although you are completing your work on time.
And got no hike this year. I resigned and leaving organisation in a week. Still in doubt whether there was a problem with my performance or company? I agree that I am not good at communication but My role is full stack developer.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
