Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.
What should i do, i am very confused, when i start liking the project he again made some sarcastic comments and pressures me , even i am utilizing my weekends to unterstand it faster.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. CCTC - 18 LPA

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.
