Anyone make a similar exit from consulting have a similar experience and find something that fits better? Looking at switching into Product Management or Corp Dev at current company, or heading back into HiFi (MBB, PE)

I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Looking to transition out of Management Consulting and going into big tech in NYC. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
