I have been interviewed by 'FEI System', USA. But the offer letter which I have received is from a different company, 'Husys Consulting' Hyderabad.
When I asked them the reason behind this, they told me that FEI System has no physical presence in India, so 'Husys Consulting' hire on behalf of FEI System to meet legal compliance.
From the offer letter, it looks like it is third-party hiring. Should I accept this offer?
Any help would be appreciated.

3.Dir of reporting and accounting (with a "promise" to promote to controller in 1 year) at commercial stage company planning to go SPAC IPO this year. Report to VP finance.

Chartered Accountant in Audit in big 4 but have lost my passion. Feeling trapped. I don’t enjoy the technical aspects of finance at all but do enjoy the commercial stuff. Internal audit vs FP&A? Pay, hours, type of work?

Is it possible to land a financial analyst position with only 6 months of experience in audit? I tried to stick it out w/ B4 but I don’t think I can do it anymore. I’m interested in duties like budgeting/forecasting, but haven’t come across very many entry level positions. I’m mostly seeing entry level jobs that are called “financial analyst” but include duties like JE/reconciliations. I don’t have SQL/Tableau experience either... so not sure if I just need more experience in a diff role first?

Middle market Private equity/debt — underwriting associate. Any thoughts on this as an exit role? Tried searching Reddit and the bowls, not much info online for underwriting roles. Any info would be much appreciated
