hahah tbh I do recognize how culty it sounds. Guess I’ve justified it to myself cause I’m much happier not being a big 4 auditor anymore, they pay really well, and I like the projects I’ve been on. However I wish I could be more proud of the culture too.

Absolutely agree with SA. I used to work at Siegfried. The pay is honestly stupid high. Anything you didn’t like about Big4 you get paid for through incentives. CEO is very conservative and believes strongly in improving yourself. If you put effort into the leadership development then you’ll leave a better person. Just my view.
