Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

Gesture. Don’t like the feeling of mesh (Aeron) and like the the taller back
I was thinking the same. I have a Steelcase Think at my office and like it. At home I use a $250ish mesh chair and the bolstering on the back is too much for me. I think that would be an issue with the Aeron as well.
I have Autonomous and I love it
Secret lab or autonomous are solid
I had the opportunity to try out a bunch of Herman Miller chairs before buying and settled on Aeron. I don't think about it during the day so it isn't causing me any discomfort. My old office had some Steelcase Leap chairs that were nice, I'd probably buy that if I need a new chair.
EY perks at work has a discount code for 25% off by Herman Miller Aeron chairs. Code is EY25 and order needs to be placed with email address for it to work
I have a steelcase think chair and love it
Bought it refurbished from seatingmind.com
It looked brand new to me, in-laws did the same thing and theirs looked great too
The Steelcase Series one isn’t terrible if you don’t want to splurge too much as well.
I have an Xchair and am very happy with it.

Check out Knoll Generation. A bit pricey but I love the flexible back, plus the cushion is very supportive
Got the Herman Miller Sayl this summer based on a review I saw in the NYT and have been super happy with it

I was looking at the Herman Miller Aeron and Embody yesterday and I find the Embody to be a little more comfortable.
Would recommend calling some of the certified/authorized dealers in your area that partner with HM and see if you can negotiate a price 20-30% cheaper than MSRP
Gesture. I got myself one, when my chair from Staples wasn't comfortable enough for 14 hour days.
I considered an Aeron, but I'm right on the line between an A and B size chair, and it's not like I can test them out (especially for a long day). I so went with one that was more universal/adjustable. I also prefer a solid/cushion seat to the mesh, especially if I'm wearing shorts or a skirt.
I’m right on the line between B and C so I’ve been thinking similarly to you. Wirecutter rated the Gesture better than the Aeron.
I bought the Herman Miller Sayl chair this summer based on an NYT review, very happy with it.
