Hi all! I recently finished my Masters in Biology. I worked on a few studies with human subjects as well as animal work. I am hoping to get a job in clinical research as either a CRC or CRA. I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. Hello good fishes! I had informational exchange with the hiring manager. Now going for technical interview. The role is in Privacy and have not done much of coding in last 6 years. Any suggestions what I should study to get through? This is for a Principle position.

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

I don’t understand summer hours. If you have to make up the hours you take off for summer hours earlier in the week, aren’t you working just as hard in a more condensed amount of time?
