Got an opportunity with a small org. They will give ServiceNow developer/admin training. Pay is 5K for 6 mnths then 20K. Raise will be given evry year.

But there is a bond of 5 lacs for 3 years and sat workng. If left before completing 3 yrs have to pay 5 Lacs.

Is this worth for someone desperately trying to get into IT?
Is there any scope for Service now dev/admin role?

Does anyone here work fully remotely? If so, how did you find your position, and did you have to sacrifice or compromise on anything - including salary?

I am trying to elevate my knowledge and skillsets in healthcare operations. Outside of learning and understanding insurance. What are other skillsets I need to master? What excel equations should I know that are basic and a couple that are more complex yet of course useful in understanding productivity, identifying waste, whatIf analysis, etc.?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??
