Looking for advice with finding a new job. I'm considered an ERP Data Analyst/ migration. My 11 years of experience and resume is a bit unfocused due to working in and around Data in different areas. Im considered unspecified in SAP (not gold)

The problem is I haven't picked up the tools to do technical work myself such as Python. I have learned SQL, but never had to use it. I have no idea what jobs I can apply to at this point or if I should go back to learning with the current job market

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I left a good impression on the CFO but would to see what else so can do when meeting with the team since it’ll be a 2.5 hour meet up. I’m really excited!

Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things. Spoken to a couple of people internally and the advice is to get on to projects with bigger budgets and therefore bigger teams/more support. I want to wait until I hit the one year mark before making a decision on whether Consulting is for me or not. Curious to hear from other experienced hires..how is/was your first year?

I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load.
