Where in NJ are you seeing these house prices? Seems pretty low.

like

I see, that’s pretty reasonable then considering your income. Your credit score is good. I would suggest finding a mortgage calculator online to plug in your info to determine what mortgages would fit with your budget considering you do have student loans. Also factor in the property taxes and costs of utilities (water, gas, electricity). Being in a good school district is also important whether you’re planning to have kids soon or just for resell value in the future since this is your starter home.

Fico score currently 750, household income will be around $160k. Six figure student loan debt currently deferred. Looking in the $250-400 range. Currently paying $2300/m rent.

I’m trying to buy my first house and my wife and I have a few IRAs from previous employers (Roth and non Roth). I read I won’t be penalized if I take out upto 10k from my IRAs for a first time house (except for taxes on the non-Roth accounts). Anyone know how true this is, how the process works, or have any advice? Is it a good idea

I have a weird question

I have given interviews in
JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.

Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

My Accenture recruiter told me that in order to revise my current offer she would need to reject my current offer first and no need to worry on that part. Is this normal? Please provide genuine feedback.

I thought it adds value to have whirlpool tub. But can’t even change fixture. Should I get rid of it?
