Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

My personal opinion is you can prefer Canada offer because there are more family benefits provided by Canada government. It's far far better than our govt in terms of tax and returns nothing.
No coz your expenses would go up and you would not be getting the same standard of living. BTW yoe and cctc??
Everything equal Canada has significantly higher expenses. If only money is a deciding factor, then no. If you want global experience, travel etc etc then you can consider. Rent/property cost is very very high in major metros so keep that in mind.
Have u got PR from Canada..?
I think it's better to choose this offer
Make sure to check other important factors as well such as wlb, work culture in both places, etc. Else it’s up to you.
Hello, is Accenture providing you lmia work permit? How did you crack the offer if I may know
