Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). 4th failed IUI today. Disappointed and depressed. How many before make the move to IVF?

Going back to in-person learning has been quite a challenge. We have 4 in-person and 8 virtual. The 4 in-person have done as well as to be expected, however their behaviors have been less than desired. One is being considered for going back to virtual due to behaviors. It's next to impossible to expect them to keep masks on and when they do, they're usually nasty or wet. I have PPEs but things do happen in the spur of the moment and it's hard to stop and put on gloves and such.

What gyms or fitness classes do you guys go to? I’m looking for something in CC. I think convenience to actually get there is more important than what the actual class is 😂

Anyone has IBS here? Lately I have been having a lot of symptoms of IBS and even if I’m not fully constipated, I think I am to a certain extent.
