I hope everyone here has had a great week! I am new to the healthcare field and fishbowl. I recently started a position for a large hospital in my area that is struggling to recruit Music/Art Therapists.

I am hoping to educate myself and gain information and valuable resources to better aid me in my career. Are there any Music/Art Therapists in this fishbowl or anyone that can give me insight as to the requirements for this specialization?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. For those who have obtained the CFF certification:
I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? For background, I’m 6 months into working at this firm and have touched a variety of cases.

Got a job offer with a lower base salary but a guaranteed bonus structure that puts me ahead of my current pay at the end of each year. Has anyone moved to a position with a compensation structure like this? Was it hard to adjust when it came to your monthly finances?
