Looking for recommendations on best faucet brand. Just replacing with a black modern one. I've heard delta, Kohler, moen, glacier are good? Anything else?

Delta, Koehler, Moen can all be good. If you want really good quality, skip the ones available at Home Depot or Lowe’s and find a specialty faucet hardware store. The product lines they carry are better engineered even though they have the same brands as those available at big box stores.

Would agree with this. I’m buying mine through FW Webb and while they are matching many prices I found on build.com certain items they have are higher grade versions (they didn’t price match those ones - primary faucets).

I’m buying delta for my new $2M house build.

like

Kohler has treated me well. Anytime I called them needing service parts was sent cartridges, etc free of charge.

Installed their products when we built.

I like Grohe also.

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.
