One thing that COVID-19 has taught you?
I have 12+ yoe. I work in AWS with a 23L base, 13L JB and 5 RSU (29.8L ), L4. I am about to receive an offer from ADP . What band/grade would be great to negotiate. For ADP anything around 45L-48L including 12% variable (not sure about JB) is considered to be the right offer? I have another offer from Accenture 32L fixed, 10L variable, 6.4L JB. I guess wlb in Accenture would be more difficult than ADB?? What's your view fishes !!! Consider AWS and ADP in Hyderabad where Accenture in home town

Sleep deprivation is a common torture technique, so I’d start there: bright light, physical movement, lack of ability to sit/lie down, small electrocution, stimulating drugs, … But - on a more serious note, the way we fellow dads do this is by cutting down on the time (at least the non quality time) needed for the kids - by becoming more efficient in both work and childcare, getting help (spouse, nanny, grandparents, childcare), scaling down at work, and generally dropping/ doing less of the things we used to do to free up time.
Believe it or not, lighter roast coffee has more caffeine. Also, if you have a machine, you can set the strength which does not necessarily translate to “darkness”
If you want to really mess around, they sell concentrated coffee. But be careful, thats about as close as you should get to dryscooping.
You should look into PEMFs. This one helps me run on two to three hours of sleep and feel as if I got 8: https://primerfieldfoundation.org
Also try upping your levels of Magnesium like crazy… super helpful.

I like to do some exercise when I need a burst of energy. Body weight stuff is good, but 15-20 mins of cardio is perfect to give me a boost when I need it.
