Looking for thoughts on how I should handle investments. I make around 75k a year, have a comfortable 6 month emergency fund saved, and I have low expenses- car paid off etc. At the moment I’m using wealthfront and putting my surplus there, at this point I’m saving about 80% of my income. Have a 401k w/ 7% employer contribution that I’m doing, and some money in Robinho but that’s more for fun and makes up a negligible amount of what I have. Thoughts, suggestions? 23 yo btw

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
