I’m mid career, I started out in BI, then data migration for ERP implementations, and now doing integration work. in ERP. Ths includes web services, files, and other various formats with transformations. How hard would it be to pivot into a modern data role? I know advanced sql, data migration patterns, some big query, some dbt, experience with real time data replication and batch processing. I know how to model. I tinkered with Spark, Python data libraries, a bit of ML.
