Have worked as a program manager for the last two years at a sustainable food company, but the diversity, equity and inclusion, work-life balance, and level of respect are all oldschool and not ideal for queer, non-binary folx such as myself. I went on a date last week and it went really well. We basically set up 2nd & 3rd dates that night. 2nd date's Friday for drinks and 3rd date is drag brunch. Hi went from welding, to mechatronics and now work at a small lighting business in Charleston.

Anyone else struggling with moving forward I. Their company? I work with three men and two women, the two women are not in my department but the three men are. It feels like I am being held back simply because I am female. I have done everything they have done and I work three times harder then two of them. Just really frustrated at this point.
