What do you want out of the credit card? What is your home airport?
I live in a Delta hub, mostly looking to maximize miles + points for Delta (and Marriott) but don’t really care about airport lounge access at the moment
What card/s are you currently using? Are they part of the ecosystems you mentioned?
What’s your primary airport? Primary airline?
As another note, while the cards are largely the same, I’d see which of their nuances cater to you too. I.e spending category multipliers, statement credits to certain services, etc.

If you just want the skypesos, the vanilla platinum, and maybe pair it with a preferred amex that gets category bonuses outside of travel and can combine points with 0 annual fee. Or the gold is a good shout too. Currently have 4 ax cards to cover.
I have both Amex Plat and Chase Sapphire reserve.

So you pay about $1100 in cc fees a year, is it worth it?

Are your flights for work or on your personal credit card? And how much are you spending annually?
Sounds like the skymiles platinum is your best bet. I have that and the Amex gold
I just so happen to have all three, and will downgrade the CSR to a free card later this year. Long story, not really relevant why I have them all currently.
To answer your question -
Between CSR and X, I would choose the X. It does most things the CSR does, for much cheaper.
I like Amex because of their concierge. The perks are different, and the Concierge has helped me plan trips, nice restaurants etc for me and my family. It’s a real value add. I’ve tried using CSR’s visa concierge and it’s nowhere near as good.
Between Amex and X, I think it really depends on what you value more from their benefits and the cost differential.
