I will be graduating next month with my BBA in Finance. I am debating weather or not to go into grad school for my MBA. Still debating, haven’t made a decision. What do y’all think? Should I do it? Should I wait? Is it even worth it at all? Does it make a difference in my career? Please give me your advice. Thank y’all.

I have been in a generalist role for a little over 4 years now and before that, I did recruiting/safety for about 3 years. Deciding between Wharton (no scholarship), Kellogg ($40K scholarship), Sloan ($100K scholarship) . I’m international. Post MBA goal is tech (late stage startups/FAANG) in the US.
