Good. Glad some companies are wising up to the fact that 100% WFH is a joke
C1, no bathroom breaks. We aren’t WFH for goodness sake

Or
Surprised to see a FAANG and California company come out and start this.
And they’re giving a haircut to the salaries of anyone who thought they could have a Bay Area salary and live in Wisconsin...
“Those staffers who left the Bay Area during the pandemic for less stress and perhaps to save money may have an incentive to return. In one of the notes on Wednesday, the company said it may adjust employees’ salaries based on where they work”
But not before those same employees already forced up the local housing costs
Formal approval process for a pitiful 14 days WFH. Absolute jokers 🃏
I thought it was OK when I first read it as 14 days per month. Requiring formal approval for 14 WFH days in the whole year is just stupid.
Tbh I wish we could bring our dogs to work
I wanna get one, but consulting hours aren’t fair to the pupper 🥺
At that point why not just bring your kids too. Just set em in the corner with an iPad and juice box. They can nap at your feet and the puppy will keep them warm from the cold AC.

Party is over - go back to the office and pretend to work.
😭
I can say that if Accenture thinks I’m going back to M-Tr, they can go ahead and start the severance process. Homey don’t play that
I don’t think so!!!!

Who made the decision is what I’d like to know, and how?
Since most of travel is for optics. Firms should just go all in on the local and just have the bodies on site. All the real work being done elsewhere.
