Losing AA EXP this month. Should I match to anything if I don’t know my travel plans? Will be on small hopper flights the next 4 months with alternating travel weeks, likely switching to southwest

Curious if there are smart things to do

I believe most airlines do status match as one time per person. You may want to think about if you’ll need it more in the future. Also I don’t think everyone matches top tier status.

Agreed I’ll just let it expire in the event I want to match next year. Platinum is good enough anyway

My American citizen 8 month old is on tourist visa in India; current stay runs out on June 7. Flying outside the country is a risk we don’t want to take w/COVID. Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?

Would it be practical to look for an apartment 10-15 kms away if the office location is Marathahalli?
Location of choice would be hebbal, thanisandra, avalahalli and other similar ones.
Would it make sense to reside in such locations and travel to work?
Would like to hear from folk who are/have done the above?

Help!! My bestfriend is doing two months abroad and was trying to fly into turkey when they told her she couldn't because her passport expired within three months.

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Can her mom get her a passport in the US and ship it to her? Is there anyway around this?

Thank you!!
