My American citizen 8 month old is on tourist visa in India; current stay runs out on June 7. Flying outside the country is a risk we don’t want to take w/COVID. Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. Help!! My bestfriend is doing two months abroad and was trying to fly into turkey when they told her she couldn't because her passport expired within three months.

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Can her mom get her a passport in the US and ship it to her? Is there anyway around this?

Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.
