He suggested I have a 15 min conversation with the firm, which is a VERY small firm with no HR, so it would likely be with the managing partner (which I think is awkward). So I've got the offer letter from Genpact today, but I have to send the required docs and BGV should happen and then in 3-4 days they might send Joining/Appointment letter.
So my doubt is, shall I inform the current Consultancy that I'm rejecting their offer? Or shall I wait till I get the appointment letter from Genpact and then inform the consultancy?
