Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. So for a few months I had to do everything myself since I was the only one in the office at this location. I did extremely well and everyone's told me I've been doing a great job. The company has been telling me I'm going to change and get different responsibilities over time.

14 years experience, mostly Europe (British citizen). Several large programmes from strategy through to go live. Digital product launches, M&A integrations and major transformational programmes. All in FS. Riyadh based since 2018 but open to relocation. Ideally looking for industry move at VP level or above. If anyone thinks they may have a suitable opening do let me know.
