You have 5.5 years of experience and unless you're a coder, you are lucky to be offered 135k. Be humble and realistic about your market value.

I actually agree...I make a bit more as a coder but PMO is dime a dozen.
(In Austin)
Would differ from F1 and wager that you’re just not finding the right roles

Big Tech is big on total comp, specifically stock grants. Base salaries tend to level out pretty quickly, resulting in cash comp lower than what you'll tend to see at the SM/D levels in consulting, but total comp can be higher.
Take a look at levels.fyi for some insight into BT comp package structuring.
I'm 2 YOE at FAANG and one level below pgm, I get 135k. Pgm at Facebook pays 180k+ Tc. What companies are you looking at?
I'm not too surprised but maybe you can apply for a more senior role. An Sr manager would generally be able to at least get in the door for a director role at a smaller company. I don't know program management enough to say what's between Sr program manager and director
They gave me a comp breakdown and the main difference seems to be RSUs. When I run the numbers the total comp package is actually better than my estimate for where I will be after this performance cycle but psychologically it is hard to get past a horizontal shift from a base salary perspective.
It will be a bit challenging to exit with a decent raise at that current base with 5.5yrs in Austin without gunning for different roles I think. Any specific skills that could set you apart would be good, and certainly that doesn’t have to be coding, but having a hard skill helps.
