Do. Not. Join. USDC.
- Ex-Deloitte trying to save you
You will get paid half of traditional consulting in USDC with significantly worse benefits. All of consulting is essentially remote too, you can choose to try for remote projects.
Also Strategy &Ops doesn't exist anymore, it is Strategy & Analytics now.
What was your salary when you left USSC and at what level ?

Don’t do it bro/sis. USDC is just not a good move. I don’t know what a SSS makes but guarantee you’ll make more for the same hours at the equivalent consultant level.
Every single Deloitte and ex Deloitte person is telling you not to do it. I promise you’ll regret it.
They are paying $120k for sss.. full time remote..5-8k bonus
Ppl are only interested becoz of its being remote full time.. though i agree with you
At Senior Solution Specialist I would be surprised if you broke through 100-110k base and terrible bonus and benefits, same level role in Consulting would easily be 150-160k with twice the bonus.
