How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?

In the US? You don't. BA and associate paths are parallel and both go straight to EM.
Also I don't think we hire at the Senior BA level. You can come in as an experienced-hire BA if you have prior work experience, which gives you regular BA title but higher comp.
You don't get a choice. There are set rules based on your experience, and the recruiter will route you appropriately. I don't remember the specifics but I believe that without an MBA you'd most likely be an experienced-hire BA.
