Microsoft 3YOE largely non technical role in NYC - $135 base, 10 signing, 30 on-hire stock award. How does this sound?

Is the on-hire stock award the same as RSUs (invested over 5 year period)? I’m also eligible for annual stock award, can anyone shed some light on this?

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY?
