I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? So this might be a better place to post this and ask this question: Uncle D has announced explicitly that most people won’t get a pay raise & bonus this year except for those promoted and high performers. Amid this crisis, are companies including other big 3, MBB, FAANG, boutique consulting firms still giving high raises and issue stocks? Can you share the impact from your firm?

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

Hey all just FYI my psych told me in my appointment that stimulants ordered from Express Scripts often give patients problems...including me. Felt like I was taking something totally different.

On interview days, do you take adderall / concerta? I’m nervous that it can make me seem more robotic / less personable during cases etc.

So medication has been revolutionary for me. The last few months I have felt so much better / confident in doing my job. The last few days / last week I’ve felt like I haven’t taken my meds (I have lol) in that I haven’t been able to concentrate and the self-doubt has flown back. Any advice?

Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon). I wanted to hear from anyone who was also diagnosed as a young kid on any advice you have for me? Knowing what you do now, would you recommend meds for a 6 year old (if it comes to that)? What other solutions/therapies can I use with my kid? Please, any advice is welcome!

How do you deal with the following - 1) lack of general organization in life, note taking, keeping track of your relationships and 2) attention to detail. These 2 things have been bothering me a lot. We all are smart as hell but silly mistakes such as spelling mistakes, broader checks to be done on the deck is killing me. Also I feel the lack of organization in personal life blows into professional as well. If you are a consultant how do u deal with it ?

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. It seems rude when she says it, and she follows it up with “I say that because I love you” which i feel is so unprofessional all around. Anyone have guidance on how to handle this?
