I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Take a 3 day weekend once a month, add a day to bank holidays, take off 1 week in October, take all kids breaks off.
thank you - i love this
At least four weeks every year.
Because it’s unlimited, take every day off.
I took 1.5-2 weeks a quarter when I worked at a place with unlimited PTO. No one said anything.
Our agency has unlimited PTO and I was told people average around 3 weeks. I did 4 last year and going to see if I can “get away” with 5 this year.
I took roughly 1 week every quarter (+ a few random fridays here and there). Probably total was like 20-25 days a year. Not bad and honestly I probably could have gotten away with more, it never felt like anyone cared that much
We have unlimited PTO and people don’t use it enough IMO (though I think that’s the goal from a business standpoint). As long as your team is ok with it and you’re keeping up with work, take whatever you want.
Use at least 20 days…
Thanks all. Just wanted some validation it’s hard to figure out the norms when starting.
I take 3-4 weeks typically. My company has unlimited PTO with up to 5 weeks “encouraged”
