Savings - 40L
Friends Relatives - 10L (if they give)
Home Loan - 30L, EMI-25K (20years)(wil pre pay 1L/year)

Main confusion is, we have 20L Gold, is it wise to sell Gold and purchase a house now. so that we just have to take loan for 10L, as it will reduce EMI burden a tons. Asked ChatGPT, it told to sell gold and purchase the Flat.

what do you guys suggest??

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.
