My bonus is variable and between 15-24%. If I tell a prospective job my current salary is x plus 24% bonus will they know that my bonus has actually been 15% for the past 3 years? I think jobs can confirm salary amount but can they confirm bonus amount too?

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5lpa+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
