My company is absolutely hemorrhaging talent. Exec. level down - people are dropping like flies. I’m going on maternity leave soon and dont plan on returning to my role once my leave is up. My manager wants to extend counter offer to a woman on my team who has put in her notice, and I honestly want to caution her not to take it. I’ve seen how the sausage is made and it is no good, and I believe the other company will be a better long term fit. Do I share this with her, or not my problem?
