Report to HR. You shouldn’t tolerate such behavior.
She is creating a toxic work environment and needs to be reported to HR.
Gather the evidence and hand it to HR
How did you get hold of emails? Make sure that you’re not doing anything incorrect by having the data or being shown the data. Remember HR is there to protect the company not necessarily you.
Send to HR and give them a shpiel about mental health. Are you any type of minority? Bring this up and if they are white their jobs will be in jeopardy. Happy hunting!
Mention hostile work environment to HR.
Put it in writing and only communicate in writing to HR or any leadership.
Save copies of the emails you have where these people are disparaging you to your own account
Document everything until you can establish a pattern of behavior that is harassing and violates policy then complain about the pattern, not an individual action.
Complain to each rung on the ladder only once then move to the next rung up the ladder. Don’t be afraid to go outside the company if the harassment is pervasive and extreme, or if you are a protected individual.
Sorry to hear that. I have been in that situation. Make a copy of documents, time and date it, start documenting all situations this person causes a toxic workplace. Keep your head and keep calm. Remember your there to make money not friends. She is probably jealous of your work ethic. Prayers with you.
Send those photos to HR. Get her written up. Look her in the eye. Make her afraid of you. Also, you can leave.
Make sure you keep all of the evidence.
