I am being considered for the position of Consultatnt ( Engineering ) at Global Logic with TE10 Level.

HR Has mentioned that i am already on the higher side and can offer only the same CTC. I am seeking all of your guidance on what salary range i can reasonably expect. I have also cleared the Client round.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
