My fiancé has anxiety issues, relating to career but also relationships (us, friends, etc.). I try to talk to her through them, but I feel like I am hitting a threshold. I have asked her to take baby steps (focus on the next certification and not a career 5 years from now, reach out to old friends, etc.). She has a lot of free time during the day (even during working hours), but I don’t see any action, only rumination, and I spend hours appeasing her every week. How do I communicate this?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
