Hi Fishes,
Yesterday was my joining in capgemini. But, my bgv is not yet cleared as I do not have e-aadhaar.
I submitted my adhar scanned copy but bgv team is telling e-aadhaar is mandatory.
I couldn't download e-aadhaar as my mobile is not yet linked to adhaar.
Will capgemini on board without e-aadhaar?

Leave him. Not worth it.
He is not worth it, in which industry does he works ?
Stop telling people who is worth what without knowing them. I have seen women breaking off fantastic guys because their best friends have said; You go girl, you deserve better. Stop this bs please
Mat karo shadi... Ladka sahi nahi hai
Please consider this as a red flag. Talk it out and make a decision accordingly. I am speaking from experience. Please feel free to drop a personal message and I would love to talk
I was in the same boat.. But my husband is working.. He told me that I am being exploited too much.. and the compensation paid for the amount of work I do is not fair.. hence I'm looking for a better job w.r.t. work-life balance. I do agree ZS is too hectic and maybe not worth after a certain period of time until you learn as much as you can... Move on .. not leaving the job but yes find something better for yourself
Fully agree to this. You will realise (like me) after few years that working crazy hours were not worth it. While I don’t regret doing it, I also carry the guilt that I should have left ZS sooner than I did. There are several wonderful organisations that value time and give ample learning opportunities. ZS provides a strong foundation and a stepping stone, but find the right time to move on. Don’t over stay at the cost of personal time.
