My friend got laid off by Cognizant last Tuesday , She Joined 7 months back & from then on she was only on the bench. They have made up some fake client interview & deliberately rejected her so that they can get a reason also. They dropped mail to resign within 8 days otherwise they will terminate her. I mean she was very happy to switch from tcs to Cognizant & now she has to face this shit.
