My last 3 months- Interviewed with Mckinsey, PwC and then Amazon. Gave my 100% in all 3 and reached the final round of every interview but still couldn’t able to convert anyone of them. Feeling 😔

Anyone here ever struggled working at a private practice during your first year as a licensed counselor? I work well with the clients but I find it difficult to accept the pay I receive for the amount of work I do and is required.
